Who do we share your data with?

We do not share your data with anyone other than other recruiters within our agency, our clients, and our ATS vendor.  However, we do not automatically forward your info to a client without obtaining your permission first. Permission obtained through correspondence via an email, text, or a phone call with you regarding the current opening and client discussed. 

How long do we retain your data?

If you apply for a job, the data may be retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up applications and match with future opportunities more efficiently than having to always rewrite or re-interview you.

Rights to your data

If you have an application on our site you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
