PRECISION MANUFACTURING RECRUITERS - BOSTON, MA
SkillSource Tech provides Precision Manufacturing Talent in the Greater Boston Area
Precision Manufacturing Recruiters | Boston, MA
Boston’s manufacturing base looks different from most cities’ — it’s less about one big anchor employer and more about a dense cluster of robotics firms, medical device makers, and additive manufacturing innovators who need machinists and fabricators comfortable working on complex, low-volume, engineering-driven builds rather than long production runs. A bad hire here doesn’t just slow a line — on a surgical robotics component or a first-run 3D-printed tooling job, it can set an entire R&D timeline back.
SkillSource Tech recruits CNC manufacturing and precision fabrication talent specifically for the Boston, MA area, drawing on our nationwide database of pre-screened professionals built over 16+ years — machinists, programmers, setup operators, and shop-floor talent already vetted for real, hands-on competency, not just keywords on a resume.
We have curated a database of thousands of Precision Manufacturing Professionals from across the Boston area.

We don’t send generalists. Every candidate we present has been screened for the specific machines, materials, and quality standards your shop actually runs on.
