A Fee Structure That Scales With the Role

Rather than a flat rate across every hire, our contingency fee is skill-based — scaling with the level of the position, from support and operator-level roles up through executive placements. Every fee is based on the candidate’s first-year salary, and we offer flexible payment terms — see our Flexible Payment Options page for details.

Included in the fee is a 90-day Insurance Policy

Every contingency placement comes with a 90-day guarantee. If a candidate leaves or is terminated for cause within their first 90 days, we’ll replace them at no additional cost for the first replacement, and at a reduced rate for a second — no games, no fine print surprises.
