What Contract Recruiting Means
When you’re hiring at volume — filling multiple roles at once, staffing up for a new line, or ramping for a seasonal push — a contingency search for each individual role stops being the most efficient option. Contract Recruiting (also known as RPO, or Recruitment Process Outsourcing) puts one of our recruiters to work exclusively on your openings, for a set hourly rate, rather than a fee per placement.
On-Site or Remote
Our contract recruiters can work embedded on-site at your facility, alongside your team, or fully remote — whichever fits how your hiring team operates. Either way, you get a dedicated recruiter who becomes fluent in your specific roles, culture, and hiring standards, rather than juggling your openings alongside a dozen other clients.
Why It Saves You Money at Volume
For a handful of hires, contingency recruiting is usually the more economical route. But once you’re filling several roles at once, paying a percentage-based fee on every single hire adds up fast. A contract recruiter working at a fixed hourly rate flips that math — the more roles filled during the engagement, the lower your effective cost per hire compared to contingency or retained search.

Engagement Terms
Contract Recruiting engagements run on a 3-month minimum commitment, ensuring enough runway to properly ramp up, build a real pipeline, and deliver results — rather than a rushed, short-term push that doesn’t reflect what a dedicated recruiter can actually do for your team.
Included in the fee is a 90-day Insurance Policy
Every contract recruiter placement comes with a 90-day guarantee. If a candidate leaves or is terminated for cause within their first 90 days, we’ll replace them at no additional cost for the first replacement, and at a reduced hourly rate (of 50%) for a second — no games, no fine print surprises.
Best For
Contract Recruiting is the right fit for companies with ongoing or high-volume hiring needs — multiple open roles, a new facility ramping up, or a hiring season that outpaces what an internal team can handle alone.
