SkillSource Tech provides Precision Manufacturing Talent in the Lehigh Valley
Precision Manufacturing Recruiters | Allentown, PA
The Lehigh Valley’s manufacturing economy reaches well beyond its Bethlehem Steel past. The region is home to more than 750 manufacturers across Lehigh and Northampton counties and roughly 35,000 manufacturing workers, and manufacturing accounts for over 18% of the regional economy compared with 12.5% nationally. Medical devices, trucks, and precision components are part of what gets built here, with companies like Mack Trucks, B. Braun Medical, and Victaulic in the mix. When production matters that much, one wrong hire on the shop floor costs real scrap, rework, and schedule.
SkillSource Tech recruits CNC manufacturing and precision fabrication talent specifically for the Allentown and Lehigh Valley area, drawing on our nationwide database of pre-screened professionals built over 16+ years — machinists, programmers, setup operators, and shop-floor talent already vetted for real, hands-on competency, not just keywords on a resume.
We have curated a database of thousands of Precision Manufacturing Professionals, including talent across eastern Pennsylvania.
